the flood .witnesses from the Area reported that the bodies of the boys was found floating on water at casso bus stop on Lagos/Abeokuta Expressway by shop owners and people waiting to board vehicles to their destinations.
They also added that it was the commercial motorcyclists who operated around the area that lifted the boys from the flood and took them to the hospital were they were later confirmed dead.
One of the motorcyclists told the News Agency of Nigeria that the boys were pupils because they were in their school uniforms. “I wonder why they should go to school today, which was declared work-free; and see how they have ended their lives just like that; it’s painful,’’ the rider said.
It was also reported that some people who were suspected to be the students relation were seen crying helplessly and uncontrollably on the floor of the hospital.
